  • Automatic OCR makes it possible to search for contracts in the register using key words at a later time.
  • Built-in mechanism that reminds you of the deadlines related to the expiry date of each contract, e.g. warranty, support, review, etc.
  • Notifications can be set for any period before the expiry date.
  • Possibility of configuring an electronic form and a printout template on the basis of which Integrity+ will generate an electronic version of a contract. The creator is usually used for employment contracts, piecework contracts, assignment contracts, or cooperation agreements.
  • Each contract is generated as a .pdf file. It is also possible to generate an editable contract in MS Word format.
  • Integrity+ supports configuration of a dedicated contract content creation cycle and its approval process.
  • Support for versioning of .docx contract files directly in the Integrity+ system.
  • The contract document is locked in Integrity+ and opened in MS Office.
  • After editing is complete the new version of the document is submitted directly to Integrity+.
